About the Artist
Wassily Kandinsky (1866–1944) was an influential Russian painter and a master of modern art. He is credited as being a pioneer of abstract art in the early 20th century.
The brightly colored geometric motif on this silk scarf is inspired by Wassily Kandinsky's Color Study: Squares with Concentric Circles (1913).
