About the Artist
Charles Francis Annesley Voysey (1857–1941) was an English architect and textile designer who was influenced by William Morris and the Arts and Crafts movement. He favored simple designs in a limited color palette.
The floral motif on this silk scarf is adapted from a textile design by English architect and designer Charles Voysey. The Arts-and-Crafts-style pattern features birds, butterflies, berries, foliage, and various types of flowers.
