Laurent Guillot is an artist who works in Lucite, crystal, and glass. He has worked in the fashion industry in Paris for over 25 years, creating dramatic jewelry for Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, Courreges, Guy Laroche, Baccarat, Swarovski, and many others.
Laurent’s training started in painting restoration, where he mastered a range of techniques. He has transferred his knowledge of gold and silver leaf, painting, and layering to his jewelry.
The result is this very contemporary, modern Lucite set of earrings. Individually handpainted, it is bold, with clean lines, and the way it catches and reflects light projects a subtlety and strength.
